A few helpful details before you choose your next little piece of holiday magic.

Are your crafts made to order?

Yes. We print each order after it is placed. Please allow 3 days for production before dispatch or local delivery. Shipping and delivery time is additional.

Can I choose a color?

Yes. Select from the available color options on each product page before adding the item to your cart. Ombre color transitions can vary from one print to another.

Where do you deliver locally?

We offer free local delivery within a 10-mile straight-line radius of our Pittsford, New York location, with no minimum order. Enter your delivery address at checkout to check availability. Local delivery timing is confirmed separately.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes. U.S. Standard shipping is $8 per order, or free on orders of $70 or more, with estimated transit of 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express is $15 per order, with estimated transit of 1–2 business days after dispatch. Express does not shorten the 3-day production period. See our Shipping & Local Delivery policy for details.

Are the elf dolls and other photo props included?

No. Elf dolls and background decorations are photo props and are not included. Each product description explains what comes with your purchase. The Elf Cookie Cutters are a separate $5 set containing all nine cutters shown.

Do the tea light trees include lights?

No. Lights are not included. Our tea light Christmas trees are for battery-powered LED tea lights only. Do not use flame candles.

Is the Crochet Reindeer made from yarn?

No. It is a 3D printed reindeer with a crochet-style design.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Cancellations received before printing begins qualify for a full refund. Once printing begins, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Your legal rights remain unaffected. Read our Returns & Cancellations policy for full details.
