Shipping policy

Shipping & local delivery

Made-to-order production

Please allow 3 days for production before dispatch. Shipping transit time is additional. Express shipping does not shorten production time.

U.S. shipping

• Standard: $8 per order, or free on orders of $70 or more. Estimated transit: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Express: $15 per order. Estimated transit: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Available options and charges are shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Free local delivery

Local delivery is free with no minimum order for eligible addresses within a 10-mile straight-line radius of our Pittsford location. This is a distance-based area, not a driving route. Delivery timing is confirmed separately and is additional to the 3-day production period.
